You Got A Case

You Got A Case is an educational courtroom simulation game designed to teach middle school students about the Bill of Rights through interactive client cases and decision-making gameplay.

Players step into the role of a young intern in a mentor lawyer’s office, where they listen to clients, identify which constitutional right is at stake, and argue cases in court. The mentor provides guidance, scaffolding, and real-time feedback.

I designed & developed the core gameplay loop, daily progression, and upgrade economy, while also writing client scenarios, mentor dialogue, and historical cutscenes that balance fun with learning.

I collaborated with educators and instructional designers to align the game with social studies standards while maintaining an exciting and accessible gameplay loop.
